Visa Assistance
Citizens of some countries, for example India, China, the Philippines, Vietnam and Bangladesh, need a visa to visit Japan and may need our help with the application. This help usually includes a formal invitation from us and other documents. Before contacting us, please check whether you need a visa at all, and whether you can apply on your own at your nearest Japanese embassy or consulate.
If you do need our help with a visa:
- We can help with written invitations, completing documents and confirmation by email, other online or digital means, and by telephone.
- We are not able to help by post or courier, or with anything that requires us to handle, print, mail or deliver original documents.
Please check your visa requirements well in advance. Deposits cannot be refunded if a visa application is unsuccessful.
